Our freeform™ labels give you flexibility in how labels and decals are produced and sold. Whether your client needs short-run product labels, custom sticker sheets for promo use, or waterproof decals for equipment and storefronts, the freeform line covers it.
Sticker sheets can feature one design or multiple designs per sheet. Labels can be printed as individuals or on rolls. When requesting individuals, additional charges may apply. All products are printed in full color with precision cutting – no die charges or shape limitations (die line required; size limit is up to 24 square inches). Outdoor decals are available in spot or full color. They're durable, weather-resistant, and ideal for windows, vehicles, and equipment. Note: Full color inks are not fade resistant. We recommend adding sunscreen lamination to extend the life of outdoor decal

- Recycled 100% PCW Bright White
- White Matte, White Matte Blockout, White Matte Removable, White EDP
- White Film BOPP, Silver Film BOPP (mirror-like reflectivity)
- Premium Brown Kraft (add 25% upcharge to all premium stock orders)
- Adhesives: Permanent or removable
- Finishing:
FREE gloss lamination provides protection against moisture, scratching and outside elements. Matte lamination available upon request. Adding sunscreen lamination protects your decals and may extend the fade resistance of some inks, depending on environmental usage. Additional charge applies.

Resolution: 300 dpi minimum
Bleed: 1/8? on all sides
Safe Margin: Keep text/logos 1/8? inside cut edge or die line
Color Space: CMYK full color only (We can do spot color freeform too!)
Cut Path Setup: For freeform™, provide vector outline labeled “Die line” in spot color
File Format: PDF preferred; EPS, AI, TIFF also accepted; fonts embedded or outlined
Lamination Note: freeform™ Outdoor decals always receive gloss laminate for durability. Matte lamination is available by request.
